Four Seasons Hotel Prague

This hotel is perfectly located close to all the major sites in Old Town Prague. It's just a short walk from the famous Charles bridge and is right in the center of the 'action'. The rooms are incredibly comfortable, with comfy beds and pillows for a good night's sleep. The service provided by the staff is excellent, and the concierge is extremely helpful in arranging tours and transportation. The breakfast is delicious with homemade pastries and a variety of options. The view from the hotel is beautiful, especially at night.

The personalized service at Four Seasons was really good. I forgot my luggage lock, but the concierge were pretty good by providing one for free. The attention to detail and willingness to assist made my stay nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service at Four Seasons Prague is exceptional, with staff attentive to every detail. The Spa facilities are also enjoyable. The location is perfect, and the Cotto Crudo restaurant offers a nice dinner option. The breakfast selection is satisfactory.

Lack of amenities: We were disappointed by the lack of amenities in the hotel. There were limited options for dining and the spa was quite small.

Staying at this exclusive hotel was a luxury experience. the staff exceeded our expectations in every aspect, providing exceptional service. the Spa & Wellness Centre was a highlight, with a selection of beautiful treatments to choose from. the Spa lounge and steam room were the perfect retreat to relax. the indoor swimming pool and the Jacuzzi were crystal clean, providing a sense of privacy. the beauty treatments and body scrub options were of excellent quality. The location advantage of the hotel was remarkable, allowing us to enjoy the stunning views from the sun terrace and the sun loungers while enjoying our in-room breakfast. Cons: the packed lunches provided by the hotel were the only downside, lacked variety. Nevertheless, this minor issue was compensated with the high-quality dinner options at the hotel's restaurant.
